Are there washing machines at the campsite?
Yes. A 60-degree machine costs CHF 5.00. You can either bring your own washing powder or you can buy it in our shop.
Can I park my car on my pitch or is there a special parking lot?
You can park your car on your pitch. There is no separate parking lot.
Can our children ride bicycles on the campsite?
Round trips on the campsite with bicycles are not allowed. Access to or departure from the campsite is always possible. In the area around the campsite are plenty of opportunities for cycling with children, come and ask at the reception.
Can we stretch a clothesline from tree to tree?
No. At the reception, you can borrow a clothes rack against a deposit of CHF 20.00.
Does my dog have to wear a muzzle on the campsite?
There is no muzzle obligation in the canton of Bern. The dog must be kept on a leash on the campsite. We ask you to be considerate of the other guests and cats.
Is there a restaurant nearby?
Yes, the Hotel Salzano is about 500m away. To the restaurant Neuhaus, it is about a 15minute walk. There are several take-away options, ask at the reception.
Is there a safe deposit box for valuables?
No.
Until what time can we arrive?
Our reception times for arrival are as follows:
Low season:
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 14:00 to 18:00
High season:
9:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 19:00
Check-in for reservations: 13:00 to 18:00. For late arrivals, please call us.
Please note that opening hours are subject to change. You can always find the latest information on Google.
Until what time is check-out?
In order to prepare for the next guests, we ask you to take into account the foregoing departure times:
Check-out campsite: until 11 a.m.
Check-out rentals: until 10 a.m.
What can I do with children on rainy days?

What kind of plugs do you have?
You need an adapter that fits the Swiss plugs. We can provide you with a plug if required.
Where can I freeze my cooling elements?
Refrigerators are available for your use in our communal kitchens. Additionally, you can use a freezer free of charge.
Where can I iron my laundry?
There is an ironing board for you in the laundromat. An iron can be rented at the reception (deposit of CHF 20.00).
Why do I have to pay visitors tax?
The proceeds of the tourist tax are used by the municipalities to finance tourist facilities and events in the interest of visitors and is a compulsory tax. In Interlaken, you receive various discounts with the visitor's card and may use the local bus free of charge.
