We process your personal data only where this is necessary to provide our services, you have given your consent, or a legal basis exists. We collect only the data necessary for the relevant purpose (data minimisation) and do not store it longer than required.
3. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing
3.1 Booking and Stay

If you contact us or have consented to marketing communications, we use your data to respond to enquiries and – with your consent – to send newsletters and information about our campsite's offerings. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
3.4 Statistical Analyses
We use anonymised or pseudonymised data for internal analysis and improvement of our services. No conclusions can be drawn about individual persons.
4. Photo and Video Recordings for Marketing and Social Media
During your stay at Camping Lazy Rancho, photo, video or drone recordings may be made on the campsite grounds. These serve to document the campsite and are used for the following purposes:

By booking a pitch or rental accommodation and entering the campsite, you consent to potentially appearing in such recordings and to these being used for the above purposes.
Right to object: If you do not wish recordings of you or your group to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing before or immediately upon arrival. We will respect your wishes and will not use such recordings for marketing purposes. Please note that we cannot retrospectively remove already published material if you have not raised any objection beforehand.

- Compliance with campsite rules
- Fulfilment of legal obligations
5.3 Storage and Deletion
Recordings are generally deleted automatically after 72 hours, unless an incident needs to be documented. In the event of a security-relevant incident, recordings may be retained for the duration of the investigation or in accordance with legal requirements.
5.4 Access
Access to video recordings is restricted to authorised personnel of Camping Lazy Rancho AG and, within the scope permitted by law, law enforcement authorities. Data is only passed on to third parties upon official order. Video surveillance is indicated by appropriate signs at the entrance and in the relevant areas.

- Transparency about the use of AI is maintained towards our guests.
Note: Content that you voluntarily enter into AI-assisted systems (e.g. chatbots or forms) is your own responsibility. Camping Lazy Rancho AG accepts no liability for such inputs.
Where decisions of legal or significant personal relevance are made solely by automated means, we will inform you separately and give you the opportunity for review by a human.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. These include, among other things, encrypted data transfers (SSL/TLS), access controls and regular security reviews.
Despite all security measures, complete protection against all risks cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you keep your access credentials (e.g. for booking portals) confidential.
