Camping Lazy Rancho in Unterseen is idyllically nestled amongst lush green fields and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Thun. You can easily reach the lively centre of Interlaken in just a few minutes by bus – and it’s free with your guest card.
Following the merger with the neighbouring Camping Hobby in 2026, we were able to tailor our services even better to the needs of our guests. If you’re travelling with the whole family, you’re sure to feel right at home in our «Family & Adventure» area. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet aged 16 and over will find the perfect setting for a restful, relaxing camping holiday in our «Adults only» area.

Around the playground, pool and barbecue area, little explorers will find plenty of space to run about and have exciting adventures with the kids from the neighbouring tent.
A retreat for adults
If you’re travelling without children and are looking for some peace and relaxation after an action-packed day in the mountains, our «Adults only» area – newly created in 2026 – is the perfect place for you.
Here, you can reflect on your day in the evening to the sounds of nature, whilst enjoying views of the Eiger and Mönch.
«Berg & Breakfast»
- your B&B by Lazy Rancho
Our three lovingly furnished guest rooms are located in a traditional Swiss chalet within our «Adults only» area. Each room is named after one of the surrounding mountain peaks and combines a cosy Alpine atmosphere with many thoughtful touches.
Our guests share a well-maintained bathroom and the cosy kitchen. Should the bathroom be occupied, the campsite’s toilet facilities are also available.

In our «Adults only» section, we offer three cosy, rustic double rooms with breakfast in a traditional Swiss chalet.

You’re welcome to bring your dog. Please ensure your dog is always kept on a lead on the campsite. There is no general requirement to muzzle your dog. Please follow the rules for dog owners and be considerate of other campers.

Day visitors* are permitted but subject to a charge, so please register them at reception.

We do our best to accommodate requests for specific pitches and rental accommodation where possible. Please note, however, that the campsite management reserves the right to change pitch or rental accommodation numbers at any time and to allocate an equivalent alternative. A change of pitch or rental accommodation does not entitle you to a price reduction or a refund. Please also note that rental accommodation has fixed locations and is situated as indicated on the site map.

Right on your doorstep, you will find a variety of hiking trails winding through meadows and woods, leisurely walks along the Lombach stream or Lake Thun, or challenging hikes into the stunning mountain scenery of the Bernese Alps. Here, nature is your playground.
Those looking for a special thrill will also find plenty to enjoy: paragliding, river rafting, canyoning, single-track biking or ice climbing provide unforgettable adrenaline-fuelled moments.
