To ensure we can get everything – particularly the rental properties – ready for the next guests, we ask that you observe the following check-out times:

Check-out camping: by 11.00 am
Check-out rentals: by 10.00 am

Please ensure you bring your official travel documents with you when you check in. A driving licence is not sufficient. Citizens of the European Union and Switzerland may present their national identity card for verification. Guests from the United Kingdom and overseas must present a valid passport.

If you have hired a bungalow or an igloo, you can park your car right next to your accommodation.

If you want to set off on an excursion with your car very early in the morning, we recommend that you park it the night before in one of the car parks outside the campsite. Please note that the entrance barrier does not open until 7.00 am!

Yes, there are various washing machines available for you to use. A 60°C wash costs CHF 5.00. You’ll need to bring your own washing powder, or you can buy some from our shop.

It is not permitted to stretch washing lines from tree to tree or between vehicles. You can hire a clothes horse from reception for a deposit of CHF 20.00.

If you wish to iron your laundry, an ironing board is available in the laundry room. An iron can be borrowed from reception for a deposit of CHF 20.00.

That depends on which country you’re coming from. In Switzerland, type J plugs and sockets are used. The mains voltage is 230 V at a frequency of 50 Hz. You’ll usually need a travel adapter, which we can provide at reception in exchange for a deposit.

No. However, most rental properties have a small safe available for your use. Please note, however, that we accept no liability for theft or loss.

Each family bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can use the well-equipped communal kitchen for a small electricity charge. Please make sure you leave it clean after use and wash up any crockery you’ve used.

There are also fridges and a freezer available for you to use free of charge.

Dogs are welcome here, provided they are kept on a lead and follow the dog etiquette rules. We’ve summarised the most important information for you here.

With your personal guest card, which you’ll receive from us on arrival, you can use the Interlaken local bus service free of charge within a certain radius. You’ll also benefit from a range of discounts and special offers at many participating partners in the Interlaken holiday region.
