Camping Hobby becomes Lazy Rancho «Adults only»
At the end of 2024, our aunt, Heidi Blatter, stepped into her well-deserved retirement, albeit with a heavy heart and after dedicating many decades to running Camping Hobby, much of that time together with our grandmother Lily, with great care, passion, and commitment. As her nieces, we always knew we wanted to preserve this cherished family tradition. Through the merger with Camping Lazy Rancho, we are now in an even stronger position to meet the evolving needs of our guests. Our new «Adults only» area is designed for campers aged 16 and over who, after an active day, appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Relaxation and pure nature
In the spacious, tree-lined grounds of our «Adults only» area, nestled between forest and meadows, you (and your dog) will find everything you need for a relaxing camping holiday:
- Pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes up to 9 m in length
- Annual or seasonal pitches (currently not available for 2026)
- Service and disposal station for motorhomes, including chemical toilets
- 10-amp electrical connections
- Charging station for electric vehicles
- Three cozy «Berg & Breakfast» rooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for guests arriving without their own vehicle or tent.
You will also find:
- clean sanitary facilities
- WC/shower for guests with physical disabilities
- washing machine & tumble dryer (for a fee)
- common room with TV, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, and drying rack
- small snack hut with bread and rolls ordering service
- three guest rooms in the B&B «Berg & Breakfast»
- free Wi-Fi throughout the site
- barbecue area and chill lounge
- defibrillator
